STEP 1

Carry required lengths of TripStop plus pegs and wedges to the formwork, so you have everything you need close by.

STEP 2

Place TripStop length in the trench. Insert each peg into the pre-drilled hole, then drive into the earth with a hammer so it’s pinned upright (vertical) in the trench.

STEP 3

Insert the wedge for each peg to lock the TripStop length at the correct height in the formwork.

STEP 4

Make sure the top of each peg sits flush with the top of the pre-drilled hole.

STEP 5

Make sure the base of the TripStop sits firmly on a solid base of crushed rock and sand whilst the top of the TripStop is finished flush with the surface of the concrete.

Our lightweight, compact design means TripStop is easy to carry, handle and place prior to the concrete pour. Want to see how it’s done?

To ensure outstanding, no-fail results, please install TripStop strictly following our guidelines.
